We provide software for businesses, to manage transport tenders and rate management. TenderEasy supports the complete tendering process with RFQ, repetitive bidding, analysis/scenarios and carrier selection.
TenderEasy is a fully web enabled platform. All you need to use it is a web browser. We run the servers for you and give you support when you need it. This means you can stay focused on your core business and start earning the return on your investments from day one.

We are happy with the result and that the system can now give greater flexibility and results are displayed in an easy way, with combination of result table and graphs. Easy to use and intuitive user interface is important to us. Again, we must say thanks for positive feedback and great ideas from our users.
Based on our user surveys during last summer/autumn we planned what improvements should be added to the system. We decided to put usability in focus, and most of these improvements are made for suppliers. And we have had spontaneous positive feedback from suppliers already after a couple of weeks.
Tender mangers also got some improvements. For example the supplier tracking functionality makes it easy to se what suppliers are working on their bid even before they submit their bid. Then it’s easy to send direct feedback and reminders to suppliers. These are improvements that we know will make the tendering work even easier for tender managers.

With our ‘Rate Management’ module you can keep track on your rates over time. With ‘Rate Management’ all versions of a freight rate is stored in the system. If you have plans to automate tasks, like freight bookings or supplier payments, you will need them. It’s not for all of you, but if you need it, we have it built into TenderEasy. And it can all be connected with your ERP, for example SAP.
